Hey coaches, im currently on 2500kcals and doing the 4 day half body program and just into week 9 (the peak weeks as i call em).
But currently i have other issues outside of the gym and these past few weeks and probsbly going forward for another month or so ive only been able to train 3 x a week.
My question is, should i alter calories to compensate?
