Thanks Joe! Really appreciate it but I think I didn’t ask a very detailed question. My bad for the English there. What I’m trying to ask is for example if my maintenance calories is 2000. Say 40% of 2000 is my protein macros. 200 Protein. For the remaining 1200 calories, does it make a difference if today I consume 30% carbs and tomorrow 50% carbs? And I just play around with the carbs & fats macros and not stick to a specific number but overall keeping it under 2000 calories as a whole total?
