    Hey Joe

Firstly your app is ridiculously helpful. I’m a coach myself from Trinidad and I use it a lot with clients and apply it to their training programs.

My calories are at 2200 presently I’m 6ft 202lbs 18% body fat. I’ve been training for around 7 years. Usually I need my calories to be on the lower end to create enough of a deficit to lose weight. Everyone is saying my calories are too low for my muscle mass and training split ( 4 days on 2 off).

Can you reassure me that my calories aren’t to low or too high I’m loosing 1-2 lbs a week.
    Thanks!
