Hey! I currently run a PPL split and occasionally throw an arm day in. I’m curious as to when you train calves and abs Joe, and where can i throw them into my training?
Throw them in anywhere. I wouldn’t overthink them. Calves one day, abs the other, repeat. If they are a priority, start your training with them. If you don’t want them to take away from parts of your training, finish with them.

I’d search and use my “best calf workout”. If calves are a priority, 3 times a week to start the session. If same as every body part, twice a week, end of the session
