is it smart to train Calves first on a leg day (if they are a priority) or can there be negative effects on the main lifts? (I personally don’t recognize any negatives – but what’s your professional opinion?)
Second Q: Has no relevance for my training, I’m just interested. Are there actually benefits of leg training for the whole body? (Hormones for example?) Or could you achieve maximum potential in your upper body if you never train legs? Hope that makes sense…
