Sitting here on my off days prepping for what I know is going to be a brutal 8 or more weeks (doubling down on the Armageddon program) What I see in the full body is some of the stuff I really love to do. And even though I know it’s going to get progressively worse (in a good way) I want to see what I can really accomplish as long as my recovery and diet stays on point.
It’s either run two programs at once and either add or delete items like the Swiss bar since I don’t have one at our gym and sub another workout to make a sort of custom workout for the two programs or.. Just use the add a workout in whatever program I want to focus on and add workouts as I go.
I know I’m super over thinking some of this right now but I like super structured stuff knowing what I’m doing day to day and jumping into this has me anxious all over again as I did when I first walked into my gym almost 3 years ago. I’m super psyched to start tomorrow but man the nerves are through the roof lol.
That was answered perfectly. Thanks for the reply I will take your advice and move forward as suggested with the one program and add at the end extra weeks to progress as you said. Appreciate all you do.
