Hey y’all I have two totally unrelated questions for Bryce and Joe out of mere curiosity:
1. How often do you guys have a piece of totally unhealthy candy, like pie or cake or skittles etc.? Just curious haha
2. Is it necessary to do a focused rear delt movement if you already have rows, Pulldowns etc.? Also, do you think have weak rear delts contributes to shoulder pain during pressing movements? Is there a reason why you put rear delts on pull days rather than push days?
Personally I dont think muscle balance affects things like pain much but might helps slightly if there is major difference. I also think you dont need much isolation for rear delts. Rear delts are on back day because they are already getting sufficient stimulus on back day so it makes sense to put all the volume there.
