I am new to the app and just started with the cannon balls split. I’m new navigating the app and not sure if I’m not seeing it, but I see the split is 4 days for week 1. Push. Pull. Delts. Lower. Then repeats for week 2. Question is. Is there a recommendation as to where to put in off days? I’m I supposed to do those 4 days straight. Then add in off days as I see fit. Before moving to week 2? Or off days in between there somewhere.
Or if I can go to the gym mon to Friday, is it ok to do the 4 days mentioned above. Then start do the push(day 1 of next phase/week). Then take weekend off and continue with day2 on Monday?
