When I look ahead in the weeks ahead (weeks 3&4 and 5&6) I canโt see any of the drop sets (intensifiers) or metabolic pump work. Only the reps change slightly.
Does it update as I start the weeks ahead or do I need to reset the 6 week program?
Doing butt stuff and I found that youโll only see the sets when looking ahead, but when in the day, it does add in the pump work starting week 5. Guessing may be the way he sets it up.
