    Hey guys. I feel bad about asking another question on this delt program, but I just wanted some clarification.

    I understand how important recovery is for growth. This app and your videos have really opened my eyes on recovery. I am on week 1 of this split and loving the workouts; however, I’ve noticed there are rear delts every workout for 3 days straight. 1 rear delt exercise on day 1 (push), day 2 (pull), and day 3 (delts).

    I’m assuming it is programmed this way for a reason, I just wanted to make sure that it is appropriate and won’t affect rear delt recovery too much.

    One more question on this plan. I am on week 3 now. I rewatched the intro video and understand how this program ramps up at this point.

    I see this week and next week is training to failure. My question is I do not see drop sets or anything else programmed. Also I did not see any metabolic work written into weeks 5 & 6 like Joe mentioned.

    Just wondering if I am missing something or we just program in our own drop sets/metabolic work.

    Loving the program so far just wanted some clarification. Thanks guys!!

    Hey please ignore this question. I was trying to see the answer before I worked out. Just completed the push day week 3 and I see how the added work is typed into the exercise. I could not see it until I was on that specific exercise. Thanks!
