Just trying to setup this program. I’m running a upper/lower twice a week right now (Mon, Tues, off, Thu, Fri, off, off) which means each muscle group gets trained twice a week.
With the new programm it’ll be push, pull, off, delts, lower, off, off. Training legs and most upper muscles groups once a week will be enough for ideal muscle growth? I have to stick to training 4 days a week.
Trying to wrap my mind around it coming off a higher volume split lol.
I’ve had this same issue or thought process rather. I don’t train super heavy but I like to really beat my muscles up.
I’ve just started the CANNONBALL split & I’m hitting it with an open mind & just gonna be really strict with the movements. I’ve always ran my own programs so I’m intrigued to be trying someone else’s.
Fingers crossed (with strict form) for some gains.
