Cannonball program question

    Hi guys.

    Firstly thanks for the reply for the cannonball program reply, I’ve been doing the Terrance and Joe program previously followed by the recovery phase. But now started the cannonball program today…..

    Only question is now tho is I’m so used to how the sets and reps were in the Terrance program, meaning top set first and then followed by a lighter set, however the cannonball program I’ve noticed all sets and rep ranges are the same? (Straight sets)

    Please could you advise I could approach this per exercise given? Thank you.

    Just that if my top set is first, am I expected to lift the same weight or reduce it slightly?
