I am about to start the canonball program,
The way the program differs from the pre big app update I believe you were giving us the amount of rest days to take between specific sessions,
I guess the new version is more flexible as you slide your rest where you see fit, now for the sake of chasing the best results,
When should the rest be placed ideally? Is it better to have a day off after each workout but that would mean the last and the first day of the week don’t have a rest day in between, or shall I have two days off after legs … and no rest between push and pull?
