Can’t access workouts

    I’m unable to access workouts all of a sudden. Wondering if it’s because of the upgrade. I can’t upgrade with my older phone. Anybody else experiencing this?

    I noticed this problem on the website since yesterday, but I can access the programs ok on the app. I emailed customer service and am waiting for a response.

    Hey, Joe…thanks. I’m working on upgrading my phone, but right now I’m on a version of iPhone that doesn’t support your upgrade. Is the old version no longer accessible by chance?

    Thanks, guys. It’s an iPhone 7 w/ version 13.3. I tried to install 15.2 and it won’t install. It’s a work phone – the good news is that I’m getting a new phone this week and that will solve the issue. IF this helps anyone else, tho, here’s what happens: I decline the upgrade when prompted. I can access everything in the GUIDE, TV, Forum, and Log Book (with exception of logging anything manually. When I try to access the WORKOUTS icon, I get this error
