Hey! So, for awhile now, my right pec has been extremely hard to feel when training. The contraction seems poor and I just can’t seem to get blood in there. I do not feel it squeeze or tighten up when I contract it, mostly my trap and shoulder absorb the force, even when form is near perfect. It has begun to sit up higher and seem misshapen in comparison to my left pec… I have tried everything. From chiropractors to PT’s to mobility work and even an MRI. Is this common? What can I do?
