I’ve been constantly on an off my diet plan. I’ve been following a flexible meal plan where I can switch out certain foods for others I prefer. So basically IIFYM. However I constantly over eat certain foods and go off my plan telling myself I’ll be back on the next week.
I know this is weak mindedness but I can’t seem to shake it. The mentality. Can you offer some advice on how I can go about getting back into the mind set. I’m not in terrible shape I just need to drop prob 20 lbs to be in really good shape.
Also I train around a lot of powerlifters an little to no bodybuilders. An following bodybuilding splits around them I’m sometimes judged an it really bothers me sometimes. Again Ik this is basically being weak minded. But at the same time I don’t wanna be a total dick about any advice they offer.
