Currently sitting at about 15% bodyfat. Have moved towards a “carnivore” diet in that I eat almost zero carbs on non-training days and try to keep carbs to pre and post workout on training days. I do eat healthy fats such as avocado on non-training days in order to keep my energy up.
My goal for now is to retain as much muscle as possible but lose some bodyfat, especially around the waist as this is where I tend to keep it.
As a natural lifter that is more experienced, i.e. 51 years old, is this carb cycling the best way to attain my goal??
