I was listening to 1 of your responses in reference to caloric deficit and you mentioned using carb cycling towards the end of a diet…is this just a preference or could you elaborate more as to the rationale to this approach?? Could it be used for a clean bulk or recomp…using the low days as fat burning days so to speak??
