Hi, I’ve input my data into the nutrition plan and the training day breakdown looks fine. However, the rest day breakdown is showing zero carbs throughout the day with all of them being consumed with the final bedtime meal. Is this accurate or is this a mistake? Has anyone else had something similar?

That’s how I prefer carbs. “Backloaded”. Good for calming/promoting good sleep. You can split them however you want though, if you prefer it differently

Okay cool, just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a mistake before I do it. I’ll try it out and see how I go with it. Thank you!
