I signed up for membership a yesterday. I am looking forward to using the app. I have always struggled to lose body fat on my stomach and love handles when dieting and lifting weights. I make decent muscle gains but the fat doesn’t come off as easy. I want to gain as much muscle as possible but I would like to get rid of the belly fat. Is there a nutrition plan that you can recommend to help with this? Should I do any cardio?
