    Hey Joe. So I set pretty lean, around 9-11% body fat according to our Inbody scanner. I want to add in some sort of cardio. Mainly for the oxygen/cardiovascular benefits because I do that translates to more efficient Hypertrophy. Do you have any recommendations? HIIT vs Steady state? Just curious your opinion on the matter. Thank you brother!
