I want to Lean out and build some muscle.When is the best time to do cardio? I used to do the bike for 30 minutes at warhouse before my workout and I got pretty lean and even built Muscle, but I can’t seem to do that in my new gym.The bikes we have are uncomfortable and I can’t run on a treadmill. I’ve been doing the elliptical call and I have a roadbike on a stationary pedestal at home but I never seem to have the motivation to do I have the motivation to do anything at home.
Should cardio just be a separate day?
