Hello
I’m training 4-5 days a week.
Immediately post weight training I do either a moderate 10-15min swim, or a fast 12min run (20min including warm up and down).
I usually get about 10,000 steps on recovery days.
Is this post training cardio detrimental to putting on tissue?
Should I ideally be doing the swim/run on recovery days rather than post training?
