CARDIO?

    i am trying to build muscle “bulk”, im 5”9 163 Lbs, im eating 3300 cals a day roughly in a 400 surplus. I noticed the programs don’t include any cardio sessions, do i have to limit cardio to build muscle or do i add some in my training if so, how much do i add? i’m afraid if i do too much i would be losing muscle
