I’ve been running the upper/lower 2.0 and seven weeks in I’m up six pounds. Looks pretty good quality- still fairly lean. Fairly visible abs when I flex them.
I work in a kitchen on my feet 12-14 hours a day- often getting 20-25k steps. Is it necessary for me to do any cardio. I’ve heard conflicting advice about this. And additionally, is six pounds in seven weeks too much weight to gain in that time frame?
