Hey Bryce and Joe! I recently decided to start a cut and have upped my cardio quite a bit. Went from 3-5 cardio sessions only once a day to 5-7 days, some doing two sessions a day, depending how my diet looked. I just wanted to ask if there are special ways to calculate if you’re over doing it or essentially just feel it out like how you would feel out recovery from a weight training session. I do, either 15% incline at 2.5-3 speed or 7.5-10% incline at 3.5 speed, to get my heart rate fast enough to where it’s in the “cardio training zone” but not where my muscles are fatiguing super fast.
