Hi guys, I tore my hamstring so I can’t do cardio for a while. Now I tried swimming without using my legs to get a bit cardio in. This turned into a HIIT session since I only can swim about 20 yards using only my arms and I got a nasty pump in the upper back and triceps. This gave me the sickest pump I’ve ever felt in my life, after 100 yards I had tears in my eyes caused by so much pain (I loved it 😆🤙). Now to my question, would you consider this still as cardio/regeneration or as pump work? I counted about 25 to 30 reps/strokes per 20 yards. So is this an off day or a armday? 😅
