Hey Joe, just watched your video on cardio. Is this video targeted more towards bodybuilders, I’m actually doing your better half programme plus 3 days running 5k. Goal is to lose excess body fat and try and eventually get lean enough to bring out abs and have more definition. You say not to do running as of the body impact it has but would that only be more of a concern for bodybuilders. I do enjoy running but I suppose I could swap out for something else if I had to.
