Is there a way to have added exercises carry over from week to week on already made programs (ie Olympia prep)?
I have added on a few exercises to the Push workout for week 2 but can see when I go to start week 3 Push workout they haven’t been carried over as additional exercises.
In the program you are on week 2 push is different from week 3 push which is why your exercises are not carried over.
Next year we are planning to add a feature where you can add your own workouts and customize at which point you can create workouts to repeat each week.
