Hey guys. I was wondering if you guys think is okay to use casein.
I m 4 weeks out. Peeled and starving. This makes me easier the prep as it voluminices a lot , so i can “eat” something. The thing is that i dont see any bodybuilder using it. It digest well for me. I know that is same calories. But is any issue with it, in terms of having de best sharp look on stage? Thanks
