This is a question for Joe. I’m a newly certified NASM CPT. I dont necessarily agree with all their principles and concepts, it was more so a get your foot in the door cert for me. I’d like to know what next? Ive watched your video talking about certifications and have been trying to pick out from that the best/most convenient certs for me. I cant really afford to travel to seminars and such currently. Im looking for some courses/certs that a relatively new trainer like myself can complete without any tremendous amount of struggle. Training/Nutrition/Corrective Exercise and Functionality. Thank you!

Start with the RTS online curriculum. But just start saving to travel for a certification. I’ve never once done anything on an online platform (other than the most basic, foundational info) that I found to really compare to what you’ll take away in person. And be sure to watch all my “trainers corner” videos. Really are a great place to start as well.
