I’ve recently transitioned from a very active/strenuous job to a desk job where I sit in front of a computer all day.
Within the last 2 weeks I’ve noticed in maintaining 184 lbs (5’10”) at 2200 calories. That seems very low to me, but also possible because of the job change.
In your professional opinion, does this seem plausible? I’m trying to cut so I’m hesitant to eat more, but also don’t want to go too low. What should I do?
