Hi coaches, I work a fairly physical job, and obviously do the bulk of my training during the week so the app has adjusted my calories to be quite high. However during the weekends I don’t really do much in terms of physical activity. So my question is how should I go about adjusting my nutrition to fit the fact that I do barely any physical activity during the weekend in contrast to my very active working week. I often end up losing the weight I manage to put on during the week.
