Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if it’s possible to change an exercise, I’m doing the program Armageddon, I would like to change the biceps exercises, firstly because I don’t have access to a preacher curl machine, and the ez preacher curl it’s an exercise that I don’t feel well. I will try it again with the tips about the bracing that Joe said in the video btw. And for the cable incline curl, is it ok if I can do it unilateral? Or with the dumbbells? One more thing: I feel a lot the shoulders when doing any biceps exercise… Why does this happen?
