    I know this is a big No when it comes to bulking as it removes progressive overload. However I am now in a maintaining phase and about to go into a cut. Is there any reason I cant switch it up a little to try out new exercises? Or am
    I risking mucle loss?

    I do plan on keeping in the main movements that I want to keep strength on. Thanks

    Would you say the more advance you are the more you should be switching between exercises? I hear John meadows talk about this before
