Changing program

    I have been running full body for about three months now. Performance still goes up and recovery hasn’t really been an issue so far. When would it be a good idea to switch to a different program? Would the different stimulus add any value or should I take a “if it’s not broken” approach and continue the full body? Thanks in advance!

    So the reason to change a program would be to prioritize a muscle group or achieve a certain performance target (eg PowerBuilder), correct?

    Yeah I have the Problem, That I took the HC Wings Programm, the Problem is, That I sometimes have the Problem That I can’t get all the Days in :/ that’s why I would like to change to your Push Pull Leg Programm 😅
