What would be a good 5 day split (training Monday through Friday and resting on the weekend) for someone with a leg dominant physique?
I’m currently doing: Mon- Push Tue- Pul Wed- Leg Thurs- Chest Fri- Back Sat- Shoulders/Arms, but due to some school related stuff I won’t be able to train on Saturdays anymore. How could I modify this split to train 5x in a row while hitting legs only once? The points I’m really trying to bring up are my chest, shoulders and arms.
