Hey guys! Wanted to just drop in another check in since I love pretty much having you as coaches😅. Bulk going strong, onto the 13th month now.
181-183lbs (5’10) consistently, just upped to 3500cals. Up 37lbs so far (146lbs July 2021)
PPL A/B: 5x a week. Push B is Chest focused, both Pulls are balanced, both legs are Quad focused (1ham 3 quad)
Any muscle groups you notice that I should focus on, change anything?
Or just keep pushing on the right direction since progress is being made (I know thats the answer but always love to get some feedback) thank you as always! Crazy how I’ve changed 10x more in this last year than in the first 2.5 years of lifting due to all your help! Can’t wait to come to one of your seminars down the line

That point about noobie gains is something I’ve been wondering about; I technically will be lifting for 4 years in December, but I literally made 10x more progress in this last year alone cause I finally ate enough and did stuff right (first 2.5ish was deficit or maintenance with not much training knowledge or intensity). So although technically I should “run out of noobie gains” soon, I think (and hope😅) I keep pushing for a long long time.
