Just about 3.5 weeks into my cleanup/cut. Started at 185.6, just had a new low of 178.4. Food still at 2700 (dropped from 3500 at bulk), however increased cardio to 20mins (recumbent bikec AVG HR 120) 5x week (post workout) from 2x as weight started stalling at 180 and I still wanted to keep food as high as possible. Want to say that I found the cardio video super helpful, so as always thank you Joe! Will probably continue this for another 2-3 weeks and then back on the bulking train! As always any feedback, points to prioritize, etc would be appreciated!
