Would it be more beneficial or effective to take a program like the 2022 Olympia Prep and add in an exercise or pump work for chest to specialize it or to go with a program like ARMageddon or Pec Augmentation and add in a day for whichever muscle group the program isn’t specialized for?
love it thanks joe. considering the second back/delt/chest/tri day only has pec fly as the chest work and i want to ever movement is a superset, what u think ab starting that day with a chest pressing movement and keeping everything else the same. also adding in pump work to the end of the second chest day
also was wondering the purpose of solely supersets in that day and the harm of maybe splitting some of that up? layout of my gym entails some extended travel time in between.
I really don’t wanna modify ur program too much in an effort to specialize and screw myself over doing something completely different. i was confident in my experience and programming until my month long plateau
