I have a question, I would like to increase the volume of my chest and arms particularly but also increase the whole upper body, always keeping a fair volume in the legs, but I don’t know whether to choose the split ppl 2.0 or terrence and joe current split. In ppl 2.0 between push A and Push B we have 18 sets for the chest, and this makes me think that it is excellent for me because I train all the muscles twice, but in the terrence split we have one day dedicated to the arms and one to the push / pull , and I don’t know if it actually changes dedicating a day to a specific muscle or if it is the same as building more muscles together as in ppl 2.0 Could you advise me on which one to choose to have a greater focus on my arms and chest, specifying that in any split I can add a set or even one more exercise?
