Hey Joe or Bryce!
If I want to focus more on chest and arms in the new year, and only have 4 days to train, should I do the pec spec and and 1 bi and 1 tri exercise at the end of the chest day, or do Joe’s/Terrence’s current program but do the two chest exercise from the push/pull day at the beginning of the arms day?
One other thing: I heard you mention, not using the same exercises all the time during the week, because of orthopeadic/overuse reasons. Is there an exception to this rule? Specifically, if barbell bench and higher inclines hurt my shoulders, can I use low incline db press on both the push and chest day in the chest spec? Do you have any recommendations to minimize overuse if I am using the same exercise twice a week?
