    What’s up guys,
    I’ve recently noticed that when I do chest flies (roller cable or machine) I’m feeling it more in my anterior delt (same pain) than my chest. The fully stretched (lengthened?) position of the movement also seems to put a lot of stress on my shoulders and little stretch on my pecs. I’m curious if my structure or form is the problem, any tips?
