I’ve learned that cable chest fly provides more tension for the whole exercise, but what about pec deck? Because personally I feels a stronger connection throughout the whole range from using pec deck. And is pec deck actually not as good as cables? If yes, should I still stick with a better exercise or something I personally feels a stronger connection with?
