    Hey coach, i had a question about chest training.
    So when i db press on 32* of incline no matter how much i retract my scaps, my front delt seems to be the muscle thats on top when the pec is contracted.
    However when i press on the 20* incline i see that my pec is the muscle thats on top and not the front delt.
    So would the 20* incline be better for chest growth rather than 32*?
    Would it make that much of a difference? Personally I do them both but i start with the 32* db press and then switch over to the lower incline smith press. I hit chest yesterday and my upper chest and front delts are really sore from that deep stretch

    Would it make much of a difference over the time if i start with one over the other? Or its not that big of a deal as i think it is?
