I really love Paul Carter, I think he is a smart guy and a good person. He posted something on IG today about neutral chest pressing being more advantageous for training the pecs as opposed to the traditional elbows out at more of a 90. He said the 90 degree position trains the Coracobrachilais. Now I am not one that normally does the well Ronnie trained this way so it’s better, but people having been doing the traditional chest press for years and developed incredible pecs. Can you kinda break this down for me?

Ok thanks! Like I said I really like Paul so it’s not my intent to stir up like a social media debate. I just thought it was a bit to black and white the way he laid it out, plus I had never even heard of the Coracobrachilias. Thanks for the in depth reply, can’t wait to see what you have in store for the app!
