I have tried to like pressing for the past couple of months but i can’t
Being honest they just feel like sh*t(sorry for the bad word)
I can’t feel the contractions either barbell or dumbell and smith,right elbow cracks at the eccentric,really unstable
I mean i have really progressed on almost all of my majors lifts expect chest
It is embarrasing
Also i really don’t like them honestly
And as you said training is all about enjoyment
So,i know this might seem really weird because there is not much to do rather than presses and flys
Flys feel really good,so i would like to program only flys from now on because pressing just doesn’t work
How would you structure a chest workout with only flys?
