1. Training at home for now. Decent enough set up here though (DB’s 5-140 lbs, adjustable bench, multi grip pull-up bar, bands). Since no converging chest press machines or cable system (yet), would it make sense to add bands to most chest movements?
2. Best medial delt builder?!Lateral raises or Y raises? (Talkin any variation of either one, DB’s, cables, machine, whatever). Can only do one for the rest of your life. Pressure is on!
