The dumbbells would basically train the upper back it’s shortened position right.
I have one of those hammer strength machines which you know gets heavier in the shortened position
My current pull day though
A1 Reverse Pec Dec fly
B1 chest supported hammer strength row (upper back)
C1 One Lat hammer strength row
D1 leg curls
E1 stiff leg deads
F1 preacher curls
