Hi,
I am following HC Gives you wings program and have this exercise on the Back day but don’t have the machine for it. I was thinking of going with normal sitting rows but that loses the bracing factor.
The swap exercise for it is chest supported tbar rows, also don’t have the machine for and am doing chest supported db rows instead of it (also have it for the pull day of the split).
So among the above 2 options available to me – Normal sitting rows and chest supported DB rows which one is better and are there any other better alternatives?
